NOTE for Monthly Payment Packages: Feel free to attend any appropriate makeup class within the month you missed, if your child is sick or class is canceled. There will be no carry over classes to the next month.

Karate Challenge:

Push ups: 20-25 or more daily
Jumping Jacks: 30 or more daily
The Plank: 1min or more daily
The Boat: 3 30second holds or more daily
Go through your forms 2 times each
Practice Kempos and Combinations
